NEED TO RELOCATE TENANTS, NEED TO SHUT POWER OFF, NEED TO SUBMIT AN ELECTRICAL AND STRUCTURAL REPORT SIGNED AND SEALED BY ELECTRICAL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TOGETHER WITH METHODS OF REPAIRS, NEED TO OBTAIN PROPER PERMIT. BUILDING CAN NOT BE REOCCUPIED UNTIL PROPER PERMIT ARE OBTAINED AND FINALS INSPECTIONS ARE APPROVED AND FIRE SYSTEM IS REPAIRED.
